Brand Home Lead Guide-Host World-Class Experiences

Diageo plc's Cardhu Visitor Centre is looking for a Brand Home Lead Guide to oversee daily operations across bars, tours, tastings, retail and events. This role requires weekend and evening work, with opening and closing duties to ensure exceptional visitor experiences at Scotland's whisky destinations.

You will lead Brand Home Guides and agency colleagues, develop training, and coordinate guest communications while maintaining high standards of service, safety and operations.
