Job Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and self-starting Brand Executive to support and drive marketing initiatives for a dynamic and growing fitness brand, which has recently acquired multiple new sites.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and run with big, creativeideas independently. We're looking for someone with a disruptive mindset- someone who isn't afraid to challenge the norm, think outside the box, and bring fresh, bold energy to the brand'smarketing efforts.

With a strong background in copywriting across multiple channels, youshould be passionate about crafting compelling content, both written and visual, that taps into current trends and cultural moments. As a Brand Executive, you should be excited to contribute to a broad range of marketing and communications activities -including PR, activations, and events- and understand the importance of maintaining each brand's tone of voice in all the materials you produce.

The Basics:

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience.)

Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum), 1 day a week WFH.

Leave: 20 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

Reporting to the Head of Marketing.

The Role

The Brand Executive will report directly to the leadership team, working across various communications channels and initiatives to enhance brand presence and support business goals. This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same, with responsibilities spanning from newsletter creation, in-studio poster creation,to event coordination. The Brand Executive will be working across four separate brands, each with their own distinctidentity and business goals, so adaptability is a must.

Key responsibilities include:

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling written content across a range of channels -including, but not limited to, newsletters, blog posts, websites, and in-studio marketing materials (e.g., iPads, boards, posters) - that establishes a bold and easily recognisable tone of voice for the each of the differentbrands.
  • Create visually striking content that can be used across in-person and online channels that embodies the distinct visual identity of the separatebrands.
  • Analyse performance metrics and engagement rates to refine strategy and maximise impact.

Event and Activation Logistics:

  • Coordinate logistics for marketing activations, including sourcing materials, organising printing, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Develop engaging written and visual content for a wide variety of events across all studio brands, ensuring it is impactful and cuts through in a crowded market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute events that resonate with the all brand's target audience.
  • Manage event promotions across all channels, ensuring clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

Reactive CompetitorandIndustry Insights:

  • Monitor trends, campaigns, and initiatives within the boutique fitness and wellness industry to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Be on top of relevant news stories and the wider world agenda and suggest timely, reactive content that responds to current events, but maintains the strong brand identity of the different studios within the group.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.

Wider Marketing Support:

  • Support the Social Media Manager with content creation, ideation and execution to provide a clear and concise message across all brand channels.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships Manager with sourcing and maintainingpartner relations, assisting with partnerevents and wider partner initiatives that support business objectives and lead to long term growth.
  • Support the Head of Marketing compile reports on the success of campaigns and marketing efforts to present to Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support a contracted Digital Marketing Agency by assisting in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Track performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimisation.
The Person
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 year's experience in a generalist marketing/communications or PR role, either in the fitness and wellness industry or from adisruptive, challenger brand.
  • A creative and disruptivethinker, and someone who is not afraid to go after big ideas!
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (eg Xplor Technologies, Klavio) and G-Suite related apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for the health, fitness and wellness space is a must!

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in Graphic Design
  • Some understanding of PPC/SEO.
