About the role: We are looking for an experienced and visionary BD Brand and Marketing Senior Manager to join our collaborative Business Development and Marketing team in London. You will lead the evolution and activation of Linklaters' global brand strategy, ensuring our brand is consistently applied and brings to life our values across all touchpoints. Sitting within our Marketing Centre of Excellence, you will be both a brand champion and trusted advisor-setting standards, guiding local and regional teams, and driving high-impact marketing initiatives globally.You will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's brand identity, overseeing the development and governance of brand assets, innovating across channels, supporting internal engagement, and ensuring that all marketing activity reflects our firm's priorities and client expectations. Key responsibilities: Lead the execution and ongoing refinement of our global brand strategy, maintaining consistency and distinctiveness throughout all marketing channels. Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to global teams, helping embed best practices and ensuring high-quality delivery of marketing and brand initiatives. Oversee development, accessibility, and maintenance of brand and marketing assets, tools, and templates aligned with firm-wide standards. Support and govern implementation of Linklaters' tone of voice and visual identity, embedding these into campaigns, content, and communications. Advise on brand positioning for key marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with firm strategy and client needs. Collaborate with external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver exceptional design and content. Monitor brand performance and perception, leveraging data, feedback, and insights to drive brand priorities and improvement initiatives. Champion innovation in brand expression, exploring bold new formats, technologies, and channels to increase engagement. Support internal engagement and education efforts to build advocacy and understanding of the Linklaters brand across the firm. We are ideally looking for: Extensive experience in brand management and strategic marketing within a professional services environment. Degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in brand management or strategic marketing are preferred. Demonstrated experience providing brand and marketing guidance, serving as a brand guardian, and embedding best practices globally. Strong track record overseeing the development and governance of brand and marketing assets across diverse channels. Experience in implementing visual identity and tone of voice across varied marketing materials. Proficiency in analysing brand performance data and market insights to shape strategy. An innovative and forward-thinking mindset, with experience driving brand engagement using new formats and channels.
