Brand Ambassador - Retail Sales & Customer Experience

The Works Stores Ltd. is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Sunderland. You will be the face of our brand on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers discover products that spark creativity and reading enjoyment.

You'll engage with shoppers, make thoughtful recommendations, keep the store well-stocked and tidy, and work as part of a supportive team to meet store targets. This active role involves different store areas and stock handling.
