About the practice

The practice is fully equipped with cutting edge facilities, including cardiac ultrasound, dental X-rays, K laser therapy, an aseptic theatre and prep room, endoscopes, and a complete in house laboratory for blood, biochemistry, and urine analysis. Spacious consult and waiting areas, separate dog kennels, a cattery, and a dedicated exotic ward allow you to work with a diverse caseload, including birds, primates, reptiles, and snakes, keeping every day exciting and varied.

About the role

As Branch Partner, you'll take ownership of the clinic's operations, leading your team, shaping clinical standards, and driving patient care excellence. You'll never feel alone in your leadership, mentorship is always nearby, clinical backup and out of hours support are provided via a local emergency hub, and you'll be part of a collaborative network of partners sharing knowledge, skills, and guidance. You don't need prior business ownership experience, your clinical expertise, ambition, and vision are what matter.
