Branch Operations Manager

The Stevenson Group is seeking a Branch Supervisor/Manager in Twickenham to lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, manage stock, and ensure standards are met across stock, processes, and customer service. The role includes supervising staff, planning rotas, and driving efficient order processing.

You will recruit and develop the team, monitor performance, and act as an escalation point for customer complaints while ensuring adherence to company procedures and wellbeing considerations.
