Branch Operations & Customer Service Lead

Sherry FitzGerald is looking for a Branch Operations Officer to join our Cork team. You will deliver outstanding customer service and provide proactive operational support, while working independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, ensure accurate record-keeping in Agency Cloud, prepare engagement documents, and manage campaigns, brochures, and publications to support daily branch activity.
