Role Overview

Reform UK ispreparing for a general election byexpanding the size of its campaign team.

A crucial part of the new structure will beBranch Network Co-ordinators.

Our Branches are the backbone of the Party.They are the ones raising the Reform banner in towns and citiesacrossthe UK, performingthe vital task ofcarrying out ground campaign operations.It isthe work our Branches do on the doorstep that willensureNigel Faragereaches thesteps of Number 10Downing Street.

This role focuses on supporting local Branches tobecome effective campaigning units.

Across a broad area,key responsibilitieswill include:

  • Supporting local Branches, ensuring theyhave a full team of Branch Officersand identifyingnewofficerswherevacanciesarise
  • Providing advice to enableBranchestooperate according to the Constitution and Branch Rules
  • Ensuring efficient administration withinBranches, including theholding ofAGMs and other key meetings,andtimely and accurate reporting
  • Helping to train key volunteers in accessing and deploying campaign resources
  • Resolvingdisciplinary issues and handlingcomplaints within Branches
  • Assist with the identification of local government candidates and the nominations process
  • Support HQ inthe organisationof regional and national events

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a natural people-person who ishighlymotivated and organised.

We are seeking Branch Network Co-ordinator s across all parts of the UK.
