WE NEED YOU TO:

1. Ensure customer service excellence at all times.
2. Be a role model for your team and uphold high service standards.
3. Meet and maintain all store and company sales targets, operational goals, policies, and procedures.
4. Communicate effectively and foster good relations with your team and Senior Management.
5. Maintain a high-performance team through effective management, coaching, and development.
6. Manage staff scheduling and meet payroll budgets, adapting to trading patterns.
7. Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal coverage during peak times.
8. Protect the Kurt Geiger brand and ensure personal presentation standards are met by all team members.
9. Maintain excellent visual presentation of the store in line with company guidelines.
10. Embody the KG DNA: Customer Focused, Brand Focused, SHINE, Driven, & Inclusive.

YOU WILL NEED:

1. Previous retail management experience.
2. Background in a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand.
3. To be a customer service ambassador.
4. Proven ability to drive sales and team performance against KPIs.
5. Immaculate personal presentation, representing our luxury and fashion-forward brand.
