Our City Stores are a unique part of Screwfix - smaller format trade counters with big ambitions and close knit teams. As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team in a fast paced, customer focused environment, where your leadership sets the tone for everything that happens in store. With a focus on commerciality and leading from the front, you will prioritise doing the right thing to support your team and customers. You will take ownership of digital performance, commercial results, and drive local outreach to build trade relationships and community connections.

You will foster strong collaboration within your team and across the wider business to share best practice, solve problems, and maximise opportunities.
