We're working with an independent builders' merchant who believes in giving their managers the freedom to run their branches like their own business. They're now looking for a Branch Manager to take the reins in Ringwood, continuing to build on its £5m turnover success.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of branch performance, leading a team of 15 branch colleagues
• Build on strong existing customer relationships while spotting and driving new opportunities for growth
• Set the tone for the branch, creating a positive culture, high standards, and excellent customer service across both sides of the business
