Branch Manager - Auxillis (Birmingham)

Salary: Up to £41k Dependent upon experience + bonus + company car/car allowance

Ready to take the next step in your career within a fast moving industry shaped by technological and customer change? We're looking for a strong, people focused leader to head our busy Birmingham branch and deliver the Auxillis experience for both colleagues and customers.

As Branch Manager, you'll lead a high performing team to keep our customers on the road, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. You'll be accountable for overall branch performance, including rental operations, workshop output, and customer relationships driving revenue, improving efficiency, and minimising vehicle downtime.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise revenue
• Maintain high technical and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners
