Branch Manager

We're looking for a driven Branch Manager to take full ownership of a Trade Counter Branch based in Orpington- a one-stop shop for window and door installation solutions. This is a hands on leadership role with real influence, working closely with the Sales Director to drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead the day-to-day operations, housekeeping and security of the branch
• Manage budgets, stock, rotas and resources to hit (and exceed) KPIs
• Drive branch sales, margin and profitability
• Develop and motivate a high performing team through clear leadership and regular reviews
• Ensure outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, financial and company policies
• Monitor performance, analyse results and report on branch activity

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing a sales driven branch or similar environment
• Strong commercial mindset with experience of budgets, stock and KPIs
• Confident people manager who builds team spirit and delivers results
• Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills
• Customer focused, resilient and comfortable managing change
• Degree level qualification or equivalent commercial experience
