Salary: Up to £34,500 basic plus excellent bonus structure and benefits. We are recruiting for a store manager for a fashion retailer based in the Fort Kinnaird area. The company is experiencing growth and opening new branches. Internationally recognised for many years, they are focused on quality, good design and sustainability.
The role is an exciting opportunity as the company heads into a period of growth. Product knowledge and fantastic customer service are paramount to this retailer. It is all about the customer journey and delivering exceptional service. You will be coaching the team to success, building customer relationships, and making sure that operational procedures are sound.
Responsibilities- Lead, train and deliver excellent service, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Coach the team to success, build customer relationships and drive the customer journey with high standards of service.
- Ensure operational procedures are sound and align with company standards.
- Ideally, experience in a clothing retail environment; however, the client is open to different backgrounds.
- Strong focus on team development, commercial awareness and driving sales.
