Branch Manager

Location - Leicester & Peterborough

As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Team Leaders that want to take one step further in their professional career.

This is a unique opportunity to manage and lead one of our field sales branches, driving them towards remarkable success. As a Branch Manager you will play a key role within Verisure sales structure, your main responsibilities include:

  • Achieve your monthly sales target for your own branch
  • Train and support salesmen (special focus on middle managers, Coaches & Team Leaders)
  • Implement and promote the Verisure culture within the team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
  • Take a proactive approach in the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent, aligning with organisational growth objectives.
  • Understand and improve main sales performance KPIs
  • Organize field training with your team members regarding our sales method
  • Motivate, train, and support the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Administrative tasks of your office & stock control

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our organization as a Branch Manager. As a P&L Owner, you will be a key part in achieving business growth and transformation. The individual will manage teams consisting of Newbies, Junior, Veteran and TLs and will provide guidance and support for their professional development and optimizing their performance.
