Job Description

Job Function

  1. Effectively manage the existing team of Industrial Consultants
  2. Manage daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to ensure aims and goals are achieved
  3. Ensure effective candidate attraction and retention
  4. Identify and secure new business opportunities
  5. Maintain and grow existing business relationships
  6. Take full responsibility for the P&L of the branch
  7. Ensure strict compliance procedures are followed

Person Specification

  • Experience in Recruitment with proven knowledge of the Industrial Sector
  • Sales-oriented and results-driven
  • Up-to-date with current recruitment legislation and compliance
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Motivated and demonstrating strong leadership skills

Educated to A-level standard
