Job Description
My client, a well known and successful Estate Agency, are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.
The position will be managing the Sales team, driving the team and the office forward, maximising opportunities and business levels.
Working hours:
- Full Time - Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays
The successful Branch Manager will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £30,000
- On Target Earnings of £50,000

Branch Manager requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Target Driven
- Ability to Manage a team
- Driving Licence and own car
Main Duties of a Branch Manager:
- Valuing and Winning business
- Maximising Revenue
- Training and coaching staff
- Staff reviews
- Conducting Morning meetings
