Branch Manager

Our client is a well-established agency known for supporting career development and providing attractive incentives. They are looking to expand their team in the Swindon area by hiring a Branch Manager.

While they prefer candidates with experience as a Branch Manager, they are also open to experienced Sales Managers or Valuers seeking the next step in their careers.

Benefits for the successful Branch Manager include:

• Up to £25,000 basic salary
• £50,000 OTE
• Company car or car allowance

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays

Branch Manager requirements:

• Industry experience at a senior level
• Ability to motivate and develop the team
• Highly organized with good workload management skills
• Driven and ambitious
• Full UK driver's license

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the branch team
• Setting KPIs for the team
• Conducting team meetings
• Growing the business
• Carrying out market appraisals
• Reporting to area managers
