Job Description
Your role as Branch Manager in Tooting, Greater London is to ensure the highest standard of customer experience on the high street. You will lead the branch team, manage day to day operations, drive the branch business plan and ensure compliance with FCA standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and support a team on the branch floor, ensuring they are fully trained and performing at peak levels.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, managing expectations and providing expertise on all products and services.
- Develop and implement the branch business plan, sourcing and acting on opportunities to improve performance.
- Use branch computer systems and processes, with training provided.
- Stay organised, prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demands in a busy retail environment.
- Previous experience managing people in a retail banking environment.
- Understanding of commercial banking practices and financial regulations.
- Ability to meet FCA standards and deliver top notch customer service.
- Resilience, versatility and flexibility to prioritise and respond to changing requests.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a commercial mindset.
- Preferred: prior experience as a branch manager.
