Job Description
Branch Manager - Based in Watford, Herts Salary: Competitive dependent on experience + bonuses

Manage the planning, coordination and operation of the Watford branch, including telephone and email support, order processing, and installation scheduling.
  • Manage a team of 4 staff
  • Handle enquiries and sales of garage doors and related products
  • Respond to emails and telephone enquiries from customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Deal with customers face to face and provide general support
  • Check condition and quantities of all delivered goods against delivery notes
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of garage doors (hands on role)
Qualifications & Skills
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Time and workload management
  • IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Experience in the garage door, construction, or home improvement industry

Repair garage doors and associated products mainly at residential properties.

Responsibilities
  • Repairing garage doors and associated products
  • Diagnose faults and identify suitable repair solutions
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and adjustments
  • Complete paperwork and job records
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment
  • Provide assistance to the installation team as required
  • Perform manual handling and heavy lifting (hands on)
Qualifications
