Branch Customer Service Pro (Part-Time)

HSBC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a part-time role in Penrith. You will be the first point of contact for HSBC customers, handling cash withdrawals and deposits, delivering a high quality, personalised service and promoting direct channels where appropriate.

The role is 21 hours per week over 3 days, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 and Sat 09:00-13:30, with occasional coverage at nearby branches. Applicants must be UK residents 18+ with right to work for at least 14 months.
