Branch Customer Service Associate - Aberdeen

Leeds Building Society is recruiting for a customer service role at the Aberdeen branch.

You will open savings accounts for customers saving for fixed terms or important events, make follow-up calls and take inbound calls to discuss available products and services, and complete daily admin tasks such as arranging appointments, scanning documents, writing letters and ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date.
