Branch Customer Experience Champion

Yorkshire Building Society Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Pontefract Branch. You will build relationships with members and help them choose suitable products to meet their goals, whether saving for a trip, buying a home, or planning for the future.

You'll communicate across in-branch, phone, and online channels to support members with their accounts, while focusing on doing what's right for our members without sales targets.
