Branch Customer Experience Advisor Multichannel Support

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Birkenhead Branch, 35 hours per week, on a rota basis Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. You'll be the friendly face and voice for customers, helping with everyday banking, technology in-branch, and over the phone.

You'll build relationships, troubleshoot issues, and learn about services and products to support customers, with strong support from a multi-skilled team at Santander.
