Branch Customer Advisor: In-Person & Digital Support

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. You will support customers in branch, by phone and online, handling everyday transactions and queries while guiding them to suitable banking products and digital tools.

This permanent, full-time role requires a 35-hour week, Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute considered. You'll join a branch that serves local communities and values customer-first service, data privacy and fair banking.
