£28.5k, up to 30k OTE

Permanent

Mapperley, Nottinghamshire

Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with one of Nottinghamshire's most successful Independent Estate Agencies. They're looking for an organised & proactive Branch Administrator to join their team to support the busy sales division. Working at the heart of a busy branch, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running efficiently while building strong relationships with clients, buyers, vendors and colleagues. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Providing first-class administrative support to a busy and successful sales team.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with professionalism, confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Coordinate diaries, arrange property viewings, book valuations and manage internal meetings to keep the branch operating smoothly.
  • Prepare and process key sales documentation, including memorandums of sale, contracts, compliance checks and ID verification.
  • Manage property listings and sales progression updates, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in creating engaging property adverts, brochures, window displays and online listings.
  • Build positive relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders to help drive transactions forward.
  • Maintain CRM systems and property databases, updating pricing, availability and property information.
  • Ensure branch records and filing systems remain organised, compliant and easily accessible.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within estate agency or the property sector.
  • A strong understanding of the property sales process would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
