Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays
Deliver seamless, high quality administrative support to the sales team.
Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
Coordinate diaries, book viewings, arrange valuations, and schedule internal meetings.
Maintain and update property listings, sales progression notes, and client records with accuracy.
Prepare key documentation including contracts, memorandums of sale, ID checks, and compliance paperwork.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create online listings, brochures, window cards, and promotional materials.
Keep window displays and digital listings fresh, engaging, and up to date.
Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to support a smooth sales progression journey.
Update CRM systems and property databases with essential pricing, availability, and property information.
Organise electronic and physical filing systems to ensure full compliance and easy access to information.
What we're looking forIdeally, experience within an estate agency and a solid understanding of the property sales process.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Confident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property CRM systems.
