Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a varied and rewarding role in a busy property office? We are seeking a Branch Administrator to join our Bridgwater team.

BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR BRIDGWATER

Place of work: 34 St Mary Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3LY- On-site private car parking.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.

Every third Saturday 9am-4pm.

20 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.

Wage:

In excess of £27,000. Company pension.

Job responsibilities

Must speak English and live within 30 minutes.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE YEARS SECRETARIAL EXPERIENCE.

Editing photos, typing dictation from colleagues and compiling property brochures.

Uploading photos and text onto Rightmove and On The Market websites.

Keeping the branch window display up to date.

Maintain stationery cupboard stock levels.

Maintain kitchen/bathroom supplies.

Devising floorplans on Metropix.

Typing letters and emails as necessary.

Typing memorandum of sales letters to clients and solicitors.

Liaising with the general public either on the telephone, by email or face to face in the branch.

General office support when required.

Taking valuation details from clients.

Arranging house viewings.

Emailing the Bridgwater Mercury with photos (via WeTransfer).

Emailing our Social Media Representative with properties etc.
