Box Office & Sales Manager

The National Concert Hall is seeking appoint a Box Office and Sales Manager on a permanent full time basis.

This key leadership role is responsible for leading the Box Office and customer service team, overseeing ticketing operations for more than 1,000 events annually, and delivering an outstanding audience experience across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the successful candidate will drive ticket sales and revenue growth, lead the management and development of ticketing and CRM systems, ensure robust financial and operational controls, and build strong relationships with colleagues, promoters, resident companies and stakeholders.
