Job Description

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a passionate Sommelier for 1 Hotel Mayfair. You will curate bespoke wine experiences, manage our wine cellar with precision, and inspire both guests and team members with your expertise and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience, WSET Level 2 or higher, and deep knowledge of wine regions, pairings, and tasting notes. Luxury hospitality experience is highly valued, with strong communication and training skills.
