Bottling Shift Leader - Drive Safety & Quality

Diageo is recruiting a Temporary Bottling Shift Supervisor for its bottling operation in the UK. You will lead a team of approximately 6-8 operators and own day-to-day performance of the lines on a 12-hour shift pattern (7:00-19:00 / 19:00-7:00).

You will drive safety, quality and efficiency, coach team members and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Planning to keep production on plan. This six-month assignment offers hands-on leadership in one of the world's leading drinks businesses.
