We're partnering on an exclusive basis with a fast growing Lloyd's syndicate and MGA with a global multi class portfolio, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to doing things differently to support the hire of a newly created Bordereaux Manager position. The role will give you scope to design and implement processes, shape policies from the ground up, and make your mark from day one.
You'll be responsible for implementing, developing, and maintaining a robust bordereaux processing framework, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with binding authority agreements. While still being hands on, you will map and load data of all inwards bordereaux across a global DA portfolio covering multiple classes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee mapping and loading of incoming bordereaux into a new management system and lead the development of efficient, streamlined processes.
- Create and refine bordereaux processing policies and procedures.
- Monitor data quality, challenge discrepancies, and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Produce MI and dashboard reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with Claims, Underwriting, Brokers, and Coverholders.
- Contribute to wider DA projects.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience working within bordereaux management and systems.
- Hands-on experience managing bordereaux data, including mapping, validation, and MI reporting.
- Confidence working across internal teams and with external stakeholders such as coverholders and brokers.
- A detail-focused mindset with a process-driven approach.
