Applicants must have numeracy and hand-written Bookkeeping skills, cash handling and computer accounting knowledge in this traditional business.

Possibly suit a semi-retired, or retired, person living in the West of the Island who is able to work with some flexibility through the Seasons.

Hours may vary between approximately 5 - 20 per week, depending on the Season.
