Job Description
Bookkeeper - Hereford 
An established accountancy practice in Hereford is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.
The Role- Managing bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with management accounts where required
- Liaising directly with clients and providing day-to-day support
- Working with accounting software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
- Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within an accountancy practice
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and VAT
- Confident using accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- AAT qualified or equivalent would be advantageous
