Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment safely, effectively and efficiently to ensure product delivery that meets customer quality and time specifications.
• Plan production jobs in advance, ensuring the existing job finishes before new work commences.
• Conduct regular maintenance, record maintenance activities and troubleshoot problems.
• Report unresolved problems to site engineers and follow company procedures regarding Health & Safety and Environmental Policy.

Qualifications

• Book bindery experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to pre plan and manage production schedules.
• Knowledge of health and safety and environmental procedures in a print environment.
