They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller / ProductionManager for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Harlesdon, NW10.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeingdaily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and tospecification
• Allocatingwork to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
• Monitoringprogress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
• Liaisingwith parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repairprocess
• Promotinga safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment

What We're Looking For

• Provenexperience in a Bodyshop workshop controller, Prouduction Manager, seniortechnician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
• Strongleadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Solidunderstanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
• Excellentorganisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
