Bodyshop Manager: Lead Growth, Efficiency & Service

Activate Group is seeking a Bodyshop Manager for its Activate Accident Repair Mildenhall site. You will oversee all aspects of the bodyshop, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met while maximising profitability.

The role is 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at AAR Mildenhall, IP28 7AS. We offer a comprehensive package including a 33-day holiday entitlement, bonus scheme, car allowance, private healthcare and regular pay reviews.
