The role of our General Manager is critical in driving our Group forward. We expect the General Manager to generate impressive results, grow the business and exceed profit targets, drive high customer satisfaction, set the vision, focus on results, and develop their people in an atmosphere of trust. Experience of a management role within a bodyshop accident repair industry is paramount.
The General Manager oversees the whole site and is responsible for maximising profitability and achieving the operational business plan. They must control and maintain resources, including stocks and equipment, minimise financial risk, lead and develop their team, foster a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement, and promote enhanced performance to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
