FMG RS is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Leicester to be the face of our Bodyshop, handling car bookings, progress reports, and payments. You'll maintain filing systems, arrange courtesy cars, and ensure secure cash handling.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll join an ambitious team dedicated to excellence in customer service. We value experience in customer-facing roles, strong IT/Admin skills, and a full UK/EU driving licence.
