Bodyshop Customer Experience Advisor

FMG RS is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Leicester to be the face of our Bodyshop on reception. You will book cars in for repair, prepare files, and provide progress updates to customers while managing courtesy cars and payments.

Applicants should have prior customer-facing experience, strong IT/Admin skills, and a full UK/EU driving licence. We offer a fantastic basic salary and extensive benefits.
