Bodyshop Advisor & Estimator: Customer Care Lead

Maidstone Mercedes-Benz, part of Lookers, is recruiting an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join the on-site team. You will provide a courteous, professional service to customers in person, by phone and email, welcoming visitors and handling insurance inquiries and bookings.

Applicants should have previous customer facing experience; motor trade or bodyshop exposure is helpful. A full driving licence with a good record is required.
