Boarding House Care Lead & Deputy to the Dame

Eton College is seeking a Dame's Assistant to support pastoral care of pupils and the running of the boarding house. The role includes providing first-line medical care, medicines administration, and supervising house laundry and communal areas.

Flexibility and collaboration with the Dame and central teams are essential, with a strong emphasis on creating a kind, respectful environment for all pupils. This is a live-out role within the boarding community.
