Position Overview:

We are seeking aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including functional assessments, behavior intervention plans, and adaptive life skills training. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to deliver integrated, evidence-based care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to integrate intervention strategies (e.g., IEPs, ISPs).
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
  • Provide timely documentation and reporting in accordance with clinical policies.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous program improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
  • Licensure:Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Experience:5+ years of experience in ABA, including functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in ABA methodologies, data collection, and electronic documentation.
  • Soft Skills:Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
