BMW Sales Executive

Lloyds Carlisle is looking for a Sales Executive.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BMW Sales Executive to join the busy Sales department at our Lloyd BMW/MINI retailer based in North Tyneside, Newcastle.

Salary: Basic salary with OTE of £60,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 08:30AM - 17:00, Sunday 11:00 - 16:00

• Understanding and adapting to customers' buying strategies and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
• Agreeing on price and payment methods, including advising on financing options directly with customers, within company guidelines.
• Following up each delivery with a personal phone call to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining contact to build relationships and encourage future business.
• Planning and organising daily sales activities, such as telephoning prospects (existing or previous customers, or general inquiries) to generate new business.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service to customers.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to support the Group's aims and objectives.
