We're supporting a well-established BMS contractor delivering complex, multi-system projects across Central London and the South East.

Known for managing projects in-house, the company provides project managers with full ownership, strong technical support, and the ability to influence outcomes from start to finish.

Working on major commercial developments, projects often integrate BMS with wider ELVS packages, requiring coordination with main contractors, consultants, and end users.

The BMS Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from sales handover and design coordination through to installation, commissioning, and final client handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.
