Blood Sciences Lab Assistant - Detail-Driven & Flexible

Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a permanent, full-time Medical Laboratory Assistant for our Pathology Specimen Reception team at The Princess Royal Hospital. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, and able to perform well under pressure.

This role involves supporting scientific staff with patient sample management and requires excellent communication skills. Full training is provided, and candidates should have a good level of secondary education with relevant GCSEs. Flexibility for a 24/7 rota is essential.
