Block Manager (Colchester) Budgets, Leases & Site Oversight

Round Pegs Recruitment is seeking an experienced Block Manager for a Colchester-based role in Essex CO2. You will visit apartment blocks, manage leaseholder relationships, draft service charge budgets and raise charges. The ideal candidate has at least two years in block management, is highly organised, and has strong customer relations.

AIRPM qualification is a bonus, as is knowledge of service charge budgets. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with a salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum.
