In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop support plans, and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for those in need.
Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with service users.
- Monitoring and reviewing progress, adapting plans as necessary to ensure effective support.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
- Working closely with partner agencies, including health, education, and community services, to provide holistic support.
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and assessment, ideally within a statutory setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
