Bird Protection & Asset Management Lead

Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is seeking an experienced PV Bird Protection Manager to lead the Bird Protection Programme across our housing portfolio, ensuring compliance with environmental and legislative requirements and improving resident satisfaction.

You will plan strategically, manage contracts and project delivery, and engage with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders while supporting apprentices and developing professional capability within the service.
