Biotech Process Engineering Leader

Lilly is building a Next Generation Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility in Limerick, Ireland, and is seeking an Associate Director-Process Engineering to lead the process engineering organization supporting manufacturing operations.

You will coach engineers, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, oversee capital projects, recruit and develop staff, and partner with operations, maintenance, analytics, and finance to meet business goals.
